I ask thoughtful questions, look for patterns, and help you connect what you already know with possibilities you may not yet see. Depending on what you need, we may work through a focused conversation, a workshop, or a longer collaborative engagement.
My goal is not to make you dependent on me. It is to help you leave with greater clarity, stronger capabilities, and practical next steps you can carry forward.
I don't believe the best solution is always doing the work for someone.
Sometimes that's exactly what's needed.
More often, though, the greatest value comes from helping people think more clearly, build confidence, and develop skills they can use long after our work together is finished.
That's why every engagement is different.
